Senior Project Management Officer – Large‑Scale IT Transformation

About the role

ITS Group is seeking a Senior Project Management Officer to join a strategic transformation programme that spans several countries. The role is embedded within project streams and works closely with Stream Leads, Country Delivery Managers and transversal PMO teams to ensure smooth execution of large‑scale IT replatforming initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Apply project governance, methods and drumbeat defined by the transversal PMO.
• Support stream meetings, ceremonies and follow‑up routines.
• Steer intra‑stream planning and coordinate dependencies across streams.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and support mitigation actions.
• Facilitate workshops and deep‑dives on stream‑specific topics.
• Consolidate information to highlight key messages and decision points.
• Prepare executive‑level documentation, reporting and steering‑committee material.
• Produce regular and on‑demand progress and risk reports.
• Maintain rigorous updates in JIRA.
• Support collaboration across multiple countries and organisational layers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, with senior‑level PMO responsibilities.
• Proven experience in complex, multi‑country IT transformation or replatforming programmes.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (trilingual).
• Experience in energy, utilities or large‑scale operational environments is a plus.
