Senior Mobile Tech Lead – Kotlin Multiplatform & AI Governance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Tech Lead to drive the technical refactoring of a public‑transport mobile ecosystem. You will define architecture, implement Kotlin Multiplatform solutions and embed AI‑driven governance across the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document a robust, scalable mobile architecture.
• Lead the initial project setup, including development environments, CI/CD pipelines and Git branching strategies.
• Implement Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) to share code between Android and iOS.
• Establish coding standards, quality frameworks and onboarding guides.
• Support functional analysis and collaborate with product owners on feature feasibility.
• Introduce an AI governance framework to accelerate analysis, development and testing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development experience, primarily in mobile ecosystems.
• 5+ years as a Tech Lead on large‑scale mobile projects.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade Kotlin Multiplatform applications.
• Deep knowledge of Android development and solid understanding of native iOS.
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and executing Sprint 0 activities (CI/CD, DevSecOps).
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to speed up development and testing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
