Senior Marketing Manager – EMEA (Knees & DTS)

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the portfolio strategy for the Knees & DTS segment across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to shape priorities, allocate resources and drive go‑to‑market approaches that support business growth and market relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA segment strategy in line with global priorities.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) launch plans and provide hands‑on support for product launches.
• Lead portfolio optimization and rationalization initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Develop strategic marketing plans together with country sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as Medical Education, Academy, Marketing Communications, Commercial Operations, Demand Planning and Finance.
• Identify market opportunities, anticipate industry trends and unlock cross‑selling possibilities with other EMEA segments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketing experience, preferably within the medical technology or orthopaedics sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in portfolio management and product lifecycle planning.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse functional teams.
