Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Data Intelligence (Remote)

About the role

Esko, a Veralto company, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its global Marketing Operations, Data Intelligence and Automation function. This remote position will shape the marketing technology landscape, drive data‑centric decision‑making and accelerate AI‑enabled transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of six specialists in Marketing Operations, Automation and Analytics.
• Partner with marketing leadership to improve performance through data‑driven insights and operational best practices.
• Own marketing analytics, reporting, dashboards and business intelligence, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive attribution, funnel performance, lead management and ROI measurement to support pipeline growth.
• Develop and optimise the global MarTech ecosystem, including integrations and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, governance and alignment across systems, using Salesforce as the trusted source of truth.
• Accelerate AI‑driven marketing transformation by implementing innovative automation, personalization and forecasting solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of proven leadership experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or Marketing Technology.
• 5 + years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in marketing automation, analytics, attribution and funnel management.
• Experience managing complex MarTech ecosystems and technology integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce and marketing data architecture.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and data‑visualisation capabilities.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale transformation and AI‑enabled initiatives in a global environment.
