Senior Account-Based Marketing Lead

About the role

Teamleader is seeking a Senior Account‑Based Marketing professional to own the discovery, engagement and conversion of high‑value agency accounts across all channels. You will combine strategic account thinking with performance‑driven execution to generate measurable pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the ABM growth strategy for agency accounts, aligning closely with Sales.
• Own paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, creating targeted ads that generate pipeline and strengthen account engagement.
• Translate customer, market and competitive insights into compelling positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Experiment, analyse performance and collaborate with Brand, Data and Operations to continuously improve targeting and creative.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in growth, ABM or product marketing with a proven record of pipeline‑generating campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
• Fluent English; Dutch and German are a plus.
