Senior Events Production Manager

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Events Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of both small and large events. Reporting to the Director of Programmes and Operations, you will work closely with a team of event managers to ensure every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end event delivery, including logistics, supplier coordination and on‑site execution.
- Manage creative and technical production aspects such as staging, branding, audiovisual elements, livestreaming and hybrid formats.
- Develop project timelines and ensure all operational milestones are met.
- Lead event‑day teams to guarantee a seamless attendee experience.
- Create, monitor and optimise event budgets, negotiate with venues and suppliers, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients and vendors, providing regular updates on operations, production and financial matters.
- Anticipate operational risks, ensure compliance with standards, and evaluate event performance for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in event operations and production, including livestreamed and hybrid events.
- Strong budget management, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strategic mindset focused on quality and efficiency.
- Leadership experience coordinating teams and stakeholders during event delivery.
- Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
