Senior Engineer Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer Consultant to join its transformation practice. You will work on client projects that combine engineering expertise with data‑driven insights, helping organisations navigate change and capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and co‑create solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and support the delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars across industry units.
• Take on team support roles quickly and collaborate with colleagues in a fast‑growing environment.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience.
• Strong collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Interest in the Energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Autonomous, result‑oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad.
