Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Benelux

About the role

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for the Benelux region, you will shape and accelerate the digital ecosystem for all professional brands within Henkel Beauty Care. You will combine strategic vision, data‑driven decision‑making and hands‑on execution to boost brand presence, improve customer experience and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Benelux social media strategy across all brands, overseeing content, editorial planning, paid and organic activation, influencer collaborations and community management.
• Own and accelerate the B2B e‑shop performance, develop CRM and newsletter programmes, optimise the digital customer journey and drive personalization and conversion.
• Lead digital transformation projects such as MaiA, ecosystem integrations, eAcademy and other innovation initiatives, ensuring rollout, adoption and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Set and track digital KPIs, translate data into actionable insights, manage digital budgets and act as a strategic partner for Marketing, Sales and Education teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in social media strategy, CRM and e‑shop activation.

• Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• CRM platforms and newsletter automation.
