Senior Data Analyst – Remote (Belgium)

About the role

This senior data analyst position supports a fast‑growing digital organization by turning complex marketing, financial and operational data into actionable insights. Working fully remote, you will partner with leadership, finance and operations to build forecasting models, reporting systems and automated data workflows that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue, headcount and overall business performance.
• Translate historical and operational data into forward‑looking insights, highlighting risks, trends and growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain and optimise dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Design standardised reporting frameworks for marketing performance, client results, media spend and core business KPIs.
• Automate manual reporting by creating scalable data pipelines and integrating multiple data sources.
• Manage and enhance data workflows with Supermetrics, Google Sheets and Apps Script.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency and quality across all reporting systems and databases.
• Design and maintain structured databases to support operations, finance and performance reporting needs.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role, preferably in fast‑paced digital, agency or DTC environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or equivalent tools for analysis, querying and pipeline development.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex formulas, automation and scripting (Apps Script preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau.
• Good understanding of marketing and performance data, with familiarity with paid‑media platforms like Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable data infrastructure rather than one‑off reports.
• High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills and a data‑accuracy mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment with strong ownership.
