Senior Corporate Tax Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Tax Compliance professional to join our International Accounting & Corporate Income Tax Services (IACTS) team. The role supports Deloitte’s pan‑European statutory accounting and corporate tax compliance for more than 30 jurisdictions, helping clients meet local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international corporate tax clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Execute the corporate tax compliance production cycle across multiple jurisdictions, including tax computations, reconciliations, group tax provisioning and monitoring of obligations.
• Provide Project Management Officer (PMO) support for international engagements, coordinating tax deliverables and tasks.
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams in Belgium and abroad on technical tax, compliance and reporting matters.
• Develop and mentor junior and senior team members, sharing knowledge of tax compliance and statutory accounting processes.
• Support go‑to‑market activities and contribute to thought leadership within the tax practice.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in international tax, tax provisioning or statutory accounting compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset, deadline‑driven and a proven record of service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with tax provisioning tools (e.g., OTP).
