Senior Consultant – Strategy Consulting (Amsterdam)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire a Senior Consultant for its rapidly growing Strategy Consulting practice in Amsterdam. The role sits at the intersection of Private Equity, Commercial Due Diligence and value‑creation strategy across the Netherlands and wider Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑deal Commercial Due Diligence for leading private‑equity investors.
• Lead post‑deal commercial improvement and top‑line acceleration programmes to drive portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement value‑creation strategies.
• Provide meaningful client exposure and mentorship to junior consultants.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy consulting at a recognised consulting firm.
• Strong exposure to Commercial Due Diligence and/or corporate strategy engagements.
• Experience working with private‑equity clients.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Dutch language capability is advantageous but not essential.
