Senior Consultant in Energy and Utilities

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its Energy and Utilities practice. You will work on transformation projects for leading clients, applying data‑driven insights to shape strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct people interviews, facilitate workshops, and produce functional specifications.
• Coach junior team members and new hires, sharing best practices and methodologies.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars across industry units.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of consulting experience with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Fluency in French, Dutch (mandatory) and English; willingness to travel for temporary assignments abroad.
