Senior Consultant – Hydrogen

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in hydrogen to join our Energy & Utilities practice. The role will be based on client sites and will support the transition toward new energy realities, including generation, transport and distribution of hydrogen.

Key responsibilities

• Act as advisor and main point of contact for managers, engineers and technical specialists across multiple departments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project planning and coordination of internal Sia team members.
• Collaborate with Energy and Data Science teams in various offices to deliver hydrogen‑focused solutions.
• Contribute to business development, recruitment, knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the hydrogen market and its value‑chain impacts.
• Passion for data and AI topics and ability to acquire expertise quickly.
