Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data generation team to ensure the scenarios align with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
