Senior Consultant – Customer & Sales Strategy & Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in the Customer & Sales team, you will help banks and insurers improve their commercial performance, redesign distribution networks and enhance both customer and employee journeys. You will bridge strategy and execution, turning analytical insights into practical improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise sales and distribution models across branches, relationship managers, agents, brokers, remote teams and digital channels.
• Develop sales‑excellence initiatives such as customer‑journey enhancements, frontline enablement and commercial steering tools.
• Support end‑to‑end commercial transformation programmes, from discovery through delivery, including stakeholder engagement and organisational change.
• Create actionable insights from commercial data (volumes, conversion rates, funnel efficiency, productivity).
• Collaborate with customer‑facing teams to identify needs, challenges and opportunities.
• Contribute to redesigning operating models, governance structures, roles, incentives and performance metrics.
• Assist in go‑to‑market efforts, commercial playbooks, value propositions and segment strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in commercial, sales, strategy or transformation.
• Motivation to work on distribution, sales performance and customer‑journey topics.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Proactive, open‑minded and able to generate fresh ideas.
• Analytical, structured approach with strong attention to detail.
