Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Brussels)

About the role

As a Senior Client Advisor for Prada in Brussels, you will act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to discerning customers. You will guide clients through the Prada world, fostering lasting relationships and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to enable tailored communication and future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maximize cross‑selling and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation in line with Prada operational guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
• Ensure store security and vigilance against product theft.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Proven ability to build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to record and analyse client information.
