Senior Business Development Manager - HC

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for its Healthcare (HC) portfolio in Brussels. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new opportunities through conferences, partner contacts, client meetings and market research.
• Develop account plans, set revenue and margin targets, and create messaging for Infosys services.
• Coordinate with pre‑sales, delivery, finance, legal and HR teams to shape proposals and secure approvals.
• Negotiate teaming agreements, MSA terms and pricing with external partners.
• Maintain relationships with CXOs, business leaders and procurement contacts at client organisations.
• Hand over won projects to delivery teams for execution and ensure smooth transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT services or consulting sector.
• Track record of winning new accounts (including Class A) and achieving $1‑2 M revenue per half‑year.
• Strong networking skills with ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
