About the role
PwC Legal is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer specialized in Public Law to join its growing team in Brussels (or Antwerp). You will work within a multidisciplinary group of over 70 lawyers, delivering end‑to‑end legal solutions for public‑sector clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and contract drafting on public procurement, public real estate, IT projects and related public‑law matters.
- Support transformation projects for public entities, helping optimise their operations.
- Assist with litigation, negotiations and the creation of legal business cases for new initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across PwC Legal and other service lines, leveraging AI tools to enhance service delivery.
Required profile
- Belgian Master’s degree in Law.
- 2‑4 years of relevant experience as a lawyer.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French.
- Strong interest in developing AI‑related legal skills and contributing to business development.
Required skills
- Legal research and analysis.
