Senior Agentic Workplace Solutions Engineer

About the role

Devoteam, a digital transformation consulting firm and Diamond Google Cloud Partner, is hiring a Senior Agentic Workplace Solutions Engineer in Brussels. The role is about advising executives and designing AI-driven workplace workflows rather than writing code. You will use Gemini for Google Workspace, AppSheet and Google's no-code/low-code ecosystem to turn business needs into practical agentic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise C-suite executives (CTOs, CISOs, HR directors, IT directors) and define discovery workshops and use cases for AI-augmented workflows
• Explain the business value and ROI of agentic workflows to stakeholders
• Design end-to-end workflows using Google Workspace, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini Enterprise and AppSheet, and build working proof-of-concepts
• Define governance, data privacy and ethical AI guidelines for client deployments
• Help teams adopt AI-augmented ways of working and represent Devoteam at Google Cloud events and webinars
• Share discovery frameworks and design templates with internal teams

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior enterprise consulting in digital workplace, cloud transformation or IT strategy (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SaaS)
• Proven track record of executive conversations, stakeholder management and strategic workshops
• Ability to analyse and redesign complex enterprise workflows (HR, knowledge management, support, operations)
• Foundational knowledge of IAM, OAuth, SSO, security and data governance

Required skills

• GenAI and agentic technology literacy, including prompt engineering and Gemini Enterprise
• No-code/low-code agent platforms such as Vertex AI Agent Builder and AppSheet
• Desirable: Google Workspace Administrator, Google Cloud Digital Leader or Generative AI strategy certification
