Data, AI and Cloud Strategist

About the role

Devoteam, a digital transformation consulting firm, is looking for a Data, AI and Cloud Strategist to define and drive enterprise-grade data, cloud and AI strategies for leading organizations. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, the role guides clients from initial strategy through to high-impact implementation, while helping expand the firm's strategic footprint and go-to-market offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise data, cloud and AI strategies, align technology roadmaps with business objectives, run maturity assessments and build value cases.
• Advise C-level and board stakeholders on data governance, cloud migration, AI adoption, generative AI and digital transformation, and build a senior client network.
• Oversee the delivery and quality of large, complex data and AI transformation programs.
• Shape go-to-market offerings and contribute to originating, guiding and closing consulting engagements.
• Contribute to and author thought leadership, represent the firm at industry events and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, data strategy or AI transformation, ideally in a top-tier consultancy.
• Demonstrated track record leading large-scale data, cloud or AI transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and good knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of data governance, cloud ecosystems and AI/ML adoption frameworks, including generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, modern data platforms, data analytics and automation tools.
• Mastery of digital transformation frameworks such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking.
• Expertise in change management and stakeholder communication with executives.
