Second Line Support Engineer (Trilingual FR/NL/EN)

About the role

Degetel is looking for a trilingual (French, Dutch, English) Medior Second Line Support Engineer to join a key client project. You will work on complex incidents, network deployments and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth operation for new sites and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve 2nd line incidents and service requests across Windows, Android and iOS platforms.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure – switches, firewalls and access points – to enable rapid site activation.
• Administer Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Intune.
• Support and coach the 1st Line Service Desk, sharing knowledge and improving incident handling.
• Identify recurring problems and drive continuous improvement following ITIL Incident and Problem Management practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a 2nd line service desk or IT support role.
• Strong hands‑on networking background with proven switch configuration skills.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLAN concepts.
• Proficient in Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory (advanced), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent English communication skills.
