SAP PS Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for a senior professional to lead its SAP Project System (PS) practice in Belgium. You will join the SAP management team, collaborate with global SAP experts, and drive innovative solutions for clients undergoing digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP PS consulting engagements, from project definition to go‑live and post‑implementation analytics.
• Develop and execute business development road‑maps, translating client portfolio and project management needs into SAP‑based reinvention journeys.
• Mentor and coach a team of SAP PS specialists, fostering knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, controlling, and other functional groups to ensure integrated solutions.
• Leverage Accenture’s global assets such as RISE with SAP, Generative AI, and S/4HANA transformation frameworks.

Required profile

• Extensive functional and technical expertise in SAP Project System (PS).
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale SAP implementations and managing complex project portfolios.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities within a consulting environment.
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
