SAP Project System Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for a senior professional to lead SAP Project System (PS) engagements for its Belgian practice. As a key member of the SAP management team, you will work closely with global SAP experts and client stakeholders to drive innovative project‑system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP PS solutions on complex client projects.
• Collaborate with finance, controlling and other functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end integration.
• Mentor and develop a team of SAP PS specialists, fostering knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
• Drive business development by translating client portfolio and project‑management needs into SAP‑based reinvention road‑maps.
• Utilise Accenture’s global assets such as RISE with SAP, Generative AI and S/4HANA transformation frameworks to enhance delivery.
• Monitor project performance, analytics and portfolio prioritisation to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP Project System (PS) functional and technical consulting.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale SAP implementations, preferably in a senior or managerial capacity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work across multiple business domains.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus for the Belgian market.
