SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join its Business Architecture team in Brussels. You will work on large‑scale S/4HANA projects for global clients, shaping and delivering innovative maintenance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP PM and Asset Management processes within S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse current maintenance workflows and propose improvements.
• Integrate plant maintenance with Production Planning (PP) and Finance (FICO) modules.
• Manage project deliverables, testing, and go‑live activities while ensuring quality and timelines.
• Coach junior team members and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance/Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and their integration with PP and FICO.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
