Sales Representative - Radiotherapy Portfolio (Belgium)

About the role

As Account Manager for Belgium, you will be the primary commercial contact for Varian's radiotherapy portfolio. You will maintain long-term relationships with existing oncology centers, identify new business opportunities and support the day-to-day adoption of advanced radiotherapy products and digital software solutions across Belgian healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships with radiation oncologists, medical physicists and hospital procurement teams.
• Execute day-to-day commercial activities to meet quarterly and annual sales volumes.
• Lead the operational response to hospital public tenders, ensuring technical and commercial documentation is accurate.
• Coordinate capital equipment and oncology software sales cycles from lead generation to installation.
• Work with local clinical specialists, application teams and service engineers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Update sales pipelines, track customer interactions and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Flemish (Dutch) fluency is a strict prerequisite; native or professional bilingual proficiency is mandatory.
• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Medicine or a related scientific/commercial field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the radiotherapy or radiation oncology industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in medical capital equipment sales and public hospital tender processes in Belgium.
• Existing contacts in Belgian oncology clinics and university hospitals is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Strong professional English and French are highly desirable to cover the full Belgian territory.
• CRM management and sales forecasting.
