Sales Representative - Graduate (September 2027)

About the role

Mars is recruiting a Sales Representative for its graduate programme, starting in September 2027. You will be the face of Mars in grocery stores across Belgium, working with well-known brands such as M&M's, Snickers, Sheba and Pedigree. The programme includes coaching by a Field Manager and a dedicated career sponsor.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of Mars in grocery stores across Belgium.
• Build genuine client relationships, not just business contacts.
• Grow sales and make sure the brands shine.
• Get coached by a Field Manager from day one.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from a dedicated career sponsor.

Required profile

• Master's degree.
• Eager to grow fast into sales or marketing management.
• Quick learner, analytical thinker who loves challenges.
• Speaks Dutch, French and English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong people skills.
