Key Account Manager - Veterinary Channel

About the role

Royal Canin, part of the Mars family, develops nutritional solutions for cats and dogs. Its BeNeLux organisation works closely with research, breeders, veterinary professionals and customers. As Key Account Manager VET, you will shape and deliver business objectives with BeLux clinic groups and veterinary omnichannel key accounts, achieving sales goals and building sustainable partnerships that grow therapeutic diets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute tailored strategies for veterinary clinic groups and omnichannel key accounts in line with Royal Canin's VET vision
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to secure long-term partnerships
• Drive brand visibility, listings, marketing activations and product category expansion across clinic groups and ecommerce accounts
• Own the account portfolio, including demand planning, forecasting and budget responsibility
• Act as a trusted business consultant, sharing category expertise and insights to improve customer performance
• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs to find opportunities
• Work with marketing, field service and cross-functional teams, and independently lead key account meetings
