Sales Representative – Belgium/Luxembourg

About the role

CYBEX is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to act as the brand ambassador for its child‑safety product range in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will support retail partners, drive B2B sales, and help expand the brand’s presence across the juvenile market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote CYBEX concepts (product launches, new collections, brand corners, promotional activities) in partner stores.
• Sell CYBEX products to B2B retailers and distributors throughout Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Manage existing accounts and actively develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow the visibility of CYBEX product tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver) across the retailer network.
• Train retail partners on product features and technologies to turn them into brand ambassadors.
• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with potential new clients.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, retail events, and digital activities.

Required profile

• First successful experience in sales, preferably in retail, luxury goods, sports, or toys.
• Understanding of premium market dynamics.
• Fluent in French and comfortable in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Rigor, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with solid organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Friendly, passionate, ambitious attitude.
