About the role
The Boerinneke brand, part of the Nutkao Group, is expanding its production in Puurs and needs a proactive Sales Manager to drive growth in retail, private‑label, and export markets. You will lead the Benelux private‑label business and support international expansion, reporting directly to the VP of Retail.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for retail and food‑service customers, managing full P&L for the assigned portfolio.
- Design and implement a sales structure, define KPIs, and regularly report on performance.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in the Benelux and initiate expansion into Northern Europe.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service and Business Development to streamline processes.
- Analyse market data (e.g., Nielsen, GfK) and translate insights into actionable sales concepts, presented in Dutch, French, and English.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of commercial sales experience in FMCG, preferably retail food.
- Proven experience with private‑label projects is a strong asset.
- Fluent professional communication in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth.
- Self‑motivated, autonomous, and comfortable with on‑site presence.
