Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Barsey by Warwick, an elegant boutique hotel on Avenue Louise, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote its newly renovated property. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the hotel’s corporate, MICE, social events and F&B client portfolio while contributing to overall commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new accounts across corporate, MICE, social events and F&B segments, focusing on businesses and galleries on Avenue Louise and surrounding streets.
• Reactivate pre‑COVID contracts and build loyalty with existing MICE clients.
• Identify and engage Belgian event agencies to generate new business.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current clients, conducting quarterly performance reviews.
• Organise and lead hotel site inspections and represent the brand at local social events.
• Prepare sales call reports, monthly performance reports for the DOSM and GM, and evaluate ROI of sales actions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in business, management, marketing, hospitality or a related field.
• Minor professional experience – internships or academic projects in sales/commercial roles are acceptable.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Passion for sales, strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset and solid organisational abilities.
