Sales Development and Analytics Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Mechelen as a Sales Development and Analytics Intern. You will support the Benelux sales teams by combining lead generation, data analysis, and process implementation to drive B2B installer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in mapping, filtering and qualifying potential B2B installers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Analyze market opportunities using Microsoft Excel and create intuitive dashboards in Power BI to track conversion rates and performance.
• Support the rollout and integration of new acquisition processes across three sales teams.
• Contribute to structuring the onboarding and activation process for newly acquired customers.
• Provide insights and ideas for the broader go‑to‑market and business development strategy in the Benelux region.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Business Development, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and interest or experience in Power BI.
• Passion for sales strategy, process optimisation and B2B business development.
• Structured, proactive and able to guide sales teams through process changes.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch or French; English is the working language for internal alignment.
