About the role
Join Carhartt WIP’s flagship store in Brussels as a Sales Assistant. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering an authentic retail experience that blends workwear heritage with contemporary style.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand storytelling to the retail environment.
- Drive sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards, and keep the store tidy.
- Follow all operational store policies and procedures.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and understand the business.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.
- Confident, outgoing personality with effective selling abilities.
- Fluency in French is advantageous; English and Dutch are also beneficial.
