Sales Assistant (25 Hours) – Antwerp

About the role

Mango, a fashion retailer present in more than 115 countries, is looking for a Sales Assistant for its Antwerp store. The role aims to promote the brand's image, maintain high standards of customer service, sell products and build customer loyalty, while keeping the store tidy and organised and checking and replenishing stock. The position is 25 hours per week and requires schedule flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a cordial attitude and prioritise customer service above all other tasks
• Advise customers accurately thanks to good product knowledge
• Serve several customers at once while offering excellent service to each
• Know the sales targets and aim to achieve and exceed them, individually and as a team
• Keep the store image attractive to customers at all times
• Check and replenish stock and keep the store tidy and organised

Required profile

• Eligible to work in Belgium
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and enthusiasm
• Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable
