Sales Assistant – Student Contract (25 Hours, Bruges)

About the role

MANGO, a fashion retailer founded in Barcelona and present in more than 120 countries, is hiring a Sales Assistant for its Bruges store under a student contract of 25 hours per week. The aim is to promote the brand's image, deliver high-quality customer service, sell products and build customer loyalty, while helping keep the store tidy and organised and checking and replenishing stock.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, putting customer service first
• Advise customers accurately thanks to good product knowledge
• Serve several customers at once and meet sales targets individually and as a team
• Maintain an attractive store image
• Keep the store tidy and organised, and check and replenish stock

Required profile

• Eligible to work in Belgium
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and enthusiasm
• Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable
