SailPoint IAM Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role combines technical expertise with project leadership to ensure successful delivery of IAM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint IAM solutions and process improvements.
• Create high‑level architecture and design documentation.
• Support implementation activities while ensuring best‑practice adherence.
• Monitor operational efficiency and service effectiveness using benchmarks.
• Lead IAM project deliverables, timelines, and code reviews.
• Review and validate test cases, test results, and deployment readiness.
• Provide support for QA, PIE, and production deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with EC managers and stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to performance appraisals.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and security standards across IAM environments.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SailPoint and Microsoft IAM technologies.
• Deep knowledge of IAM architecture, access governance, identity lifecycle, role management, and authentication/authorization.
• Proven project management, team leadership, and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Experience with code reviews, deployment support, QA & production deployment processes, test validation, and operational monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
