Rewards, Recognition & Performance Associate Manager

About the role

As a Rewards, Recognition & Performance Associate Manager you will lead the design and delivery of total rewards programs for Accenture in Belgium. Reporting to the Gallia RRP Lead, you will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure our compensation and recognition initiatives align with corporate values and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Champion and advise HR teams and business stakeholders on rewards philosophy, strategy and program implementation.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee engagement.
• Conduct market data analysis to ensure compensation strategies remain competitive in the Belgian market.
• Manage total rewards activities, including compensation budget planning and strategic compensation reviews.
• Support executive compensation processes, such as managing MD salary proposals and annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian legal and employment regulations while maintaining program effectiveness.
• Partner with global RRP functions and subject‑matter experts to keep Belgium programs relevant.
• Drive data‑driven decision making through detailed analysis and reporting.
• Communicate reward and performance programs across all organizational levels to maximize adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in total rewards, compensation planning or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of Belgian compensation market and legal requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
