About the role

Join New Balance’s retail team in Brussels as a Training Champion. You will inspire and coach store associates, ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Provide continuous feedback and support to improve store performance.
• Assist store management with standards, back‑of‑house tasks, and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach associates to meet personal KPIs and overall store goals.
• Deliver end‑to‑end customer satisfaction from entry to exit.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Team player with a passion for retail and sales.
• Previous retail or comparable team‑environment experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS register systems.
