Retail Artist – Luxury Beauty

About the role

The Retail Artist will be the face of Dior in top‑performing multi‑brand retailers across Belgium and Luxembourg, primarily in Brussels and parts of Antwerp. You will deliver an exceptional Dior selling ceremony, provide expert beauty consultations, and build lasting relationships with clients to drive sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Dior’s selling ceremony and provide personalized beauty consultations.
• Build long‑term client relationships through one‑to‑one appointments and loyalty initiatives.
• Cross‑sell products and promote client loyalty to increase productivity.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Dior’s values in store environments.
• Motivate and inspire retail teams to meet business objectives.
• Conduct product training and launch presentations for store staff.
• Ensure visual merchandising complies with Dior brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Retail Development team to implement performance‑enhancing action plans.
• Monitor product assortment, tester stock, and sampling usage.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant commercial or retail experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail.
• Previous make‑up artistry or beauty consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Established relationships within the beauty and cosmetics industry are a plus.
• Passion for luxury beauty, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Well‑organized, creative, entrepreneurial, and resilient.

Required skills

• Advanced make‑up artistry skills.
• Fluency in Dutch (Flemish), French, and English.
• Strong retail sales techniques.
• In‑depth product knowledge of beauty and cosmetics.
• Visual merchandising expertise.
