Retail Area Manager – Benelux

About the role

As a Retail Area Manager for the Benelux region, you will be the face of waterdrop® across all our retail locations, championing our brand values and driving commercial growth. Based in Belgium, you will travel throughout the Benelux market to ensure each store delivers an outstanding customer experience and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador, embodying waterdrop® values in every store.
• Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, control costs and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse and report KPIs, implementing action plans to optimise results.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure consistent brand and operational standards, including visual merchandising and back‑of‑house organisation.
• Drive local marketing initiatives, store events and business‑development activities to increase footfall and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain clear communication across stores and leadership.
• Prepare stores for senior‑leadership visits and ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a multi‑store retail environment with a strong focus on customer service, commercial performance and brand execution.
• Deep understanding of KPI analysis, reporting insights and driving improvements across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing, coaching and developing Store Managers and high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to influence operational and commercial outcomes.
• Flexible, adaptable and experienced in managing change in a dynamic retail setting.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and delegation abilities across several stores.
• Resilient, solution‑oriented and proactive in addressing challenges.
• Based in Belgium with willingness to travel across the Benelux region.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
