Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates across multiple channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
• Meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and talent strategies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Ambitious and self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for tech or AI roles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
