Regional Financial Controller

About the role

The Regional Financial Controller supports financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for PSA Europe. The role works closely with business units to drive transformational initiatives and ensure high‑quality financial control across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional financial reporting, validate inputs from business units and produce monthly analysis and presentations for senior management.
• Own the planning, forecasting and annual budgeting cycles, collaborating with PSA Group Accounting and the regional consolidation team.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects such as process improvements, operational synergies, M&A, capital structure analysis and internal control reviews.
• Lead data‑analytics initiatives, define use cases, standardise architecture and share best practices across units.
• Partner with business‑unit finance leads and operational teams to align KPIs, financial data and business activity.
• Prepare materials for local and regional senior‑management meetings.
• Assist with implementation of financial and planning systems in business units.
• Facilitate the application of Group Delegation of Authorities across the region.

Required profile

• Seasoned finance professional with deep knowledge of business control, financial reporting, valuations and business modelling.
• Proven experience in regional finance, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to support complex projects, including M&A and capital‑structure initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
