Recruitment Specialist – Employee Level Hiring

About the role

Lutosa, a leading Belgian producer of frozen and refrigerated potato products, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for employee‑level positions across its two production sites. You will act as a strategic business partner, shaping recruitment strategies and supporting hiring managers in decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each profile.
• Write, publish and manage job advertisements.
• Screen applications, conduct pre‑selection interviews and coordinate full selection processes.
• Evaluate candidates using structured methods and provide clear feedback to managers.
• Maintain rigorous follow‑up with both managers and candidates, including offer preparation.
• Participate in job fairs, build partnerships with schools and manage internship programmes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and increase visibility on social media in collaboration with marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in employee‑level hiring.
• Ability to work independently with high standards of quality and advisory support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, assertive and service‑oriented.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English (minimum B1 level).

Required skills

• Proficiency in interview techniques, candidate evaluation methods and sourcing techniques.
