About the role
The Recruitment Mobile Implementation Officer will join Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Belgium to support the organisation's global recruitment strategy. Working across mobile staff, country‑based teams and the Belgian head office, the officer will help answer HR needs in rapidly changing environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support for mobile staff, country‑based staff and the Belgian head office.
- Develop regional or departmental expertise to deliver tailored talent‑attraction solutions.
- Collaborate with HR teams, partner sections and operational centres to ensure consistent recruitment processes across MSF.
- Contribute to talent‑marketing initiatives and regional specialisation efforts.
- Act as a strategic partner in implementing MSF’s global workforce goals.
