About the role
A leading luxury company is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner based in Brussels. Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will manage all HR matters across the Benelux markets and ensure the HR strategy is effectively implemented at both regional and local levels.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the HR strategy locally, aligned with Global HQ guidelines.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, HR administration, CSR, and health & safety across the region.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
- Manage and develop a junior HR professional.
Required profile
- University degree or higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in Belgium (essential).
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English; French is a plus.
- International experience and background in luxury or retail are advantageous.
