Reception Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reception Intern to join the front‑desk team at a Radisson hotel. The internship lasts a minimum of three months and offers hands‑on experience in delivering the “Yes I Can!” service that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures under supervision.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Support the front‑desk team in maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting Radisson’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible attitude with a “Yes I Can!” mindset.
• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary hospitality service.
• Team‑oriented and able to contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in French or Dutch and English.
• Currently enrolled in a university or school and able to provide an internship agreement.
