Reception Internship – Guest Services

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Reception Intern and become an ambassador for our brand. You will work closely with the front‑desk team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay, while gaining hands‑on experience in hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the reception team with check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries.
• Support the smooth running of the front‑office department through proactive problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Team player focused on guest satisfaction.
• Enrolled in a university or school and able to provide an internship agreement.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
