Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join Betterhomes in Dubai. The role involves helping clients buy, sell and rent properties while contributing to a high‑performing team that drives the market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the brokerage.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and close sales or lease agreements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers and renters.
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership team to secure hot listings.
• Maintain accurate records in the brokerage’s CRM system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performing environment (real estate, car sales, recruitment, luxury retail, cabin crew, etc.).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
