Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent – Dubai

About the role

Betterhomes is seeking energetic Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join its high‑performing team in Dubai. You will work alongside experienced professionals, helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while contributing to the company’s reputation as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to secure property sales and rentals.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and exclusive project listings.
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership team to source hot listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performing environment (real estate, automotive, recruitment, luxury retail, or similar).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
