Quality & Safety Manager – Brewing Industry

About the role

Join Brussels Beer Project as the Quality & Safety Manager and ensure the beers produced at the Port Sud brewery meet the highest standards of taste, safety, and consistency. You will lead the quality program, expand it to new markets, and inspire the brewing team to pursue excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve quality and safety procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Manage sampling processes, collect and analyse performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Set and enforce quality, health, and safety standards for internal operations and external suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and maintain robust documentation.
• Provide training, tools, and techniques to staff to achieve top‑quality outcomes.
• Occasionally assist in brewing and packaging activities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a quality role within a brewery.
• Result‑driven mindset with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and decision‑making skills.
• Passion for craft beer and willingness to get hands‑on when needed.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.
