Python / React Developer – AI Communication Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced engineer to design, build, and maintain an AI‑based internal communication platform. The role combines backend development, AI agent integration, frontend UI work, and DevOps responsibilities within an agile, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop backend services and AI agent features using Python, FastAPI, LLM frameworks, RAG databases, and RabbitMQ.
• Design and optimise database schemas in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, implementing ORM solutions with SQLAlchemy.
• Implement authentication and authorisation workflows leveraging SAML, OAuth, and EntraId.
• Create and maintain automated test suites with Pytest to ensure software quality.
• Develop responsive frontend components using React, JavaScript, CSS, and NX for micro‑frontend architectures.
• Configure and manage containerised deployments and CI/CD pipelines with Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Python and React development.
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and deliver high‑quality software.
